Consent
Any sexual activity between two people should always involve equal agreement. If you have ever experienced sexual violence, you are not to blame.
You are not alone. We are here for you.
We will listen to you, believe you and treat you with respect.
Your confidentiality is important to us
We understand that it can be difficult to be anonymous in Moray. Our service is confidential. That means that we will not tell anyone you have contacted us, without your agreement, unless you or someone else is at serious risk of harm.
If you don’t want to speak to someone local, you can phone or email the Rape Crisis Scotland helpline. It’s open every day from 5pm - midnight.
